Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The product is unused and in the original packaging.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Return Process
Once your return request is approved:
- We will arrange for the pickup of the product from your location.
- After the item is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of the refund.
Refund Policy
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
- Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part, we will cover the shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. To exchange an item, follow the return process, and specify your replacement preference.
